Carefull grown and harvested at 1,200 plus meters of altitude — to preserve its qualtity, our coffee comes from Ecuador's steep mountains, it gets the benefit of shade from native tree species and where hundred of birds live. To preserve the natural habitat for native flora and fauna, and the protect the water steams, post — harvest methods are employed.
