Name: STEVIA EXTRACT 300X (S300X)

Description: This product is 300 times sweeter than sugar and has a Rebaudioside A content of 60 to 70%. S300X maintains the characteristic stevia flavour that you find in any stevia product regardless of its Rebaudioside A grade.

S300X is common stevia available in the open market. In our experience, stevia with a higher content of Rebaudioside A than 60 — 70% is unnecessary because the only difference is price, not taste. Rebaudioside A content beyond 60 — 70% will raise the price of the product but will not improve the taste.

S300X is suitable for customers used to the characteristic taste of stevia. Stevia, much like coffee or dark chocolate, is bitter at first. However, much like coffee and dark chocolate, stevia is an acquired taste that becomes not only palatable but very pleasing after several usage occasions.
