Qty:250.000 MT tons / month up to 500.000 MT tons / month. X 12 months, with roll overs

Price: Fixed for the 1 st year at 460 us $ / MT ton.. For 2nd year the price will be revised if contract is multiyear and so on.
Payment: D L / c at sight against shipping documents, sgs or similar inspection.
Seller will provide non performance bond of 2 % of first month`s load
Comission buyer`s side ( intermediaries ):0.50 us $ / MT ton
