Our company manufactures drinking water filters on ceramic support. This unique product provides purification and filtration of water in 4 stages:

The 1st Stage:
The filtration element is composed of a ceramic column covered with silver inside.
Due to its porosity, the ceramic column can trap more than 99.99 per cent of the waterborne organic and inorganic solids and bacteria down to 0.9 micron, bacteria like PYOCEANIC (100%), ANTHRAX (100 %) and VIBRIO CHOLERA (100%) as well as parasites (100%) like Giardia duodenalis-chisti, Cryptosporidium parvum — chisti, Entamoeba histolytica -chisti, Ascaris lumbricoides — eggs, and so on.

The 2nd Stage:
The filtration element is composed of the first stage filtration element and granular activated carbon which traps organic matters like: aromatic hydrocarbons, phenols, clorinated hydrocarbons, pesticides and so on. The carbon also improves the color, the taste and the odor of the drinking water.

The 3rd Stage:
The filtration element is composed of the second stage filtration element and cation exchangers resin which traps toxic metals like: lead, aluminum, copper, cadmium, and so on.

The 4th Stage:
The last element is composed of the third stage filtration element and iodate resin which destroys bacteria, parasites and viruses like polio herpes, etc.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
-The working pressure : 0.5 – 2.5-3 bar
-The initial water filtration flow at the pressure of 1 bar >60 litres/hour
-The working temperature : max. 50 °C
-The filtration element mass : 250 g +/- 10%

All these above mentioned are trapped by the filters  in a percentage of 99,999 pursuant to the test bulletins issued by specialized institutes. It can be used for domestic needs, in hospitals, hotels, in the army and for special cases of super-contaminated water. As the covering filtration element is made of ceramics, the regular maintenance consists of its washing with a sponge anytime it is dirty/muddy, and its replacement after 4-6 month.

These characteristics recommend it as one of the best filters on the international markets. As a proof, we mention the Gold Medal the filter was awarded with at the International Exhibition “EUREKA” in Brussels on November 17, 2003 and in Geneva in April, 2004. The filter was awarded with WIPO AWARD CERTIFICATE at the  International Exhibition of Inventions “Genius-Europe” in Budapest in May, 2004.
