  A firm wishing to sell its goods on the Russian market must fill out the offer registration form in the Registration section. Our specialists will translate this information into Russian, determine the information into Russian, determine the TN VED code (Harmonized system code) of the goods, the amount of the customs payments, and the need to use the measures of non-tariff regulation measures. The resulting commercial offer is placed in the corresponding section of the Catalogue of Offers.   This period depends on the difficulties of the commodity classification and translation, usually from 2 to 48 hours.
• How do you guarantee validity of the information about the customs duties and non-tariff regulation measures placed on the site, with reference to each offer?
  Our experts working on the offers have been specially trained at the Russian Customs Academy and hold Qualification Certificates issued by the Russian State Customs Committee. If the Customer so wishes, we can e-mail a copy of the Qualification Certificate of the specialist charged with the particular offer.
• Do you change the information in the offers, if the Russian laws and regulations change?
  Our specialists constantly monitor the Russian customs laws. If the amounts of the customs duties or the import rules or the non-tariff regulation procedures change, we always introduce changes in the offers within 24 hours. The Customer who has placed the offer will be immediately notified about all changes.
• Is it possible to remove the offer?
  Yes, the offer can be removed from the catalogue. Send your request. Always indicate the registration number assigned to the Customer upon registration.
• How long will the offer remain in the site catalogue?
  During one year, unless the Customer requests to remove it from the site catalogue. If the placing Customer confirms validity of its offer upon expiration on one year, the offer will stay in the site catalogue for another year.
• Is it possible to place one offer in several sections of the catalogue?
  Yes, just specify the desired sections at registration.
• How can one place the information about the goods identified by different TN VED (HS) codes?
  Fill out the registration form the required number of times. This places multiple offers into our catalogue. This method is useful in case of non-generic goods.
• What should one do when the goods are identified by different TN VED (HS) codes, but comprise a single complete unit?
  You may fill out the registration form only for the main item, i.e. the most important item in your opinion. Availability of any additional items (e.g. accessories to the main item) can be communicated to the potential partner in the course of telephone conversations or e-mail correspondence. The information required for the import of the additional goods (not shown on the site) can be obtained by ordering of the corresponding «commodity customs card».
